I am a dedicated Yoga Trainer and Therapist with over 11 years of experience in guiding individuals toward holistic well-being. My journey began as a homemaker and gradually evolved into a purposeful path as an entrepreneur in the wellness space. As the Founder and former Director of Yoga in Comfort (2020–2021), I created a nurturing environment focused on mindful healing and sustainable health.

Over the years, I have mentored more than 150 students through both practical and theory-based yoga training, emphasizing that true yoga is a harmonious blend of knowledge, discipline, and inner awareness. My areas of expertise include pre and postnatal yoga, therapeutic and geriatric care, pranayama (breathing techniques), and advanced meditation practices.

Beyond individual sessions, I actively engage as a mentor, speaker, and wellness advocate—conducting corporate wellness programs, school sessions, community workshops, and personalized training. My work is rooted in promoting balance, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to overall well-being.

My mission is to make yoga accessible, transformative, and deeply healing for every individual I guide.

About my qualifications, I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA University and have completed a Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course from Omkar Yoga Shala, recognized by Yoga Alliance. I am also a certified internationally trained yoga teacher from OSHO, accredited by the Ministry of AYUSH. In addition to my expertise in yoga, I have earned an MBA in Human Resources, combining wellness knowledge with strong organizational and people management skills.

Over this journey, I have noticed a positive shift within myself—my ego, anxiety, and frustration have reduced considerably. While I am still improving in a few asanas, I can clearly see my progress and remain confident it will continue.
